MethodWork’s leadership team provides expert behavioral consultation and training to organizations and families throughout the state. Through years of individual complex behavioral case consultation, MethodWorks has developed workshops with ongoing support to reduce challenging behavior and decrease staff turnover.
Consultation & Technical Support
FOR AGENCIES
MethodWorks partners with Alaska’s innovative Complex Behavior Collaborative program to help providers meet the needs of Medicaid clients with complex needs that result in aggressive or destructive behaviors. Through this program, we are able to offer consultation and training to agencies and clients’ natural supports, including family members. The goals of this program are to improving quality of life of those impacted by a disability, increase the capacity of local agencies across Alaska, and help Medicaid clients remain in their local community.
FOR SCHOOLS
We provide technical support with functional behavior assessments, behavior intervention plans and staff training for schools around the state.
FOR FAMILIES
Our team of board certified behavior analysts can assist parents or caregivers identify ways to more effectively support a loved one with a developmental or intellectual disability.
